Carlos Batista a hospitality industry professional with over 25 years of experience. Past positions include General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Restaurants & Bars and Assistant Director of Beverages, supervising hundreds at a 5 star, 5 diamond casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. This industry experience has allowed him to serve guests and train employees at the highest levels.

After working in the Hospitality Industry for more than 20 years, Carlos gained vast knowledge and experience and channelled it into a unique training platform.
